Luxury Presence is an all-in-one platform for real estate agents and brokerages to grow their brands and business. As a founding team member, I led the research and design of 7+ new products, helping the company evolve from a boutique website design agency to a SaaS platform.

My scope of work spanned product, process, and mostly importantly — people. I worked both 1:1 and at an organizational level to build trust and foster effective communication. We built cross-functional relationships with Sales, CX and Support to ensure successful product launches and continuous learning from teams on the frontlines with customers.

Building a design team

To support our expanding SaaS offering, I worked with leadership to scale the design team to 6 full-time product designers. I moved into a group leadership role – enabling, unblocking and setting a vision for design of the core product. I worked with the design team to rollout a standardized Figma design system and developer component library, establish design critiques to foster collaboration and quality, and create UX copywriting and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

Designing for humans

Luxury Presence had a strong website design offering but lacked tools to support the day-to-day work of real estate agents. Partnering with Customer Success and Product, I led the launch of customer beta groups to test product concepts using design. One of our first major launches was Digital CMA & Presentations, which helped agents win listings and showcase their value to clients.

Balancing quality and speed

As our product and team continued to grow, we set a high standard for quality across the organization. We introduced product roadmap reviews with key stakeholders, guiding discussions with design artifacts. I worked closely with the executive team to define product roadmaps, goals, and timelines— striving to find the delicate balance between user needs and company objectives.
